BIO-ENG offers consultancy and contract services in the field of bioengineering/biomedical engineering, with particular focus on pharmaceutical and cellular fields. This division of TWG Inc is led by Dr. Justin Braveboy-Wagner, an experienced researcher and specialist in drug testing and other areas.

Extensive education and experience as a biomedical engineer since the early 2000s.
- Nine years of working in graduate labs as well as teaching biomedical engineering students.
- Four years in the private sector as senior scientist and PI at Frontage Labs, PA.
- Project Management certification.
- Experience in project design and management of medical studies for dental implants, contact lenses, digital radiology equipment at TWG Inc.

- metabolic characterization
- PCR and gene expression
- PDA (photodiode array) and mass spectrometry
- Microgravity bioreactor cell culture and assay

Dr. Braveboy-Wagner also has experience in grant writing and research reporting. A undergraduate double major in international studies as well as biomedical engineering (Worcester Polytechnic Institute) has also allowed him to develop a global perspective on science that can be useful to some clients.
